We are currently recruiting for a Visual Merchandising Manager to be based out of Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and execute retail visual merchandising guidelines across the stores based on each region.
• Create and build the right planogram based on past and current sales patterns.
• Identify and implement innovative merchandising techniques.
• Develop visual planning strategies for all retail locations based on their proximity.
• Moving merchandise, shelving, fixtures, signage, and maintaining the cleanliness of planogram showrooms.
• Actively participate with retail operations team to make the best visual decisions.
• Regularly assess and assist product merchandising of all categories to ensure standards are maintained.
• Analyzes sales trends, item level data, and inventory to maximize the ROI across all stores.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience in retail space planning, visual merchandising, creating planogram & displays and management in retail industry.
• Overseen the VM process country-wise / at least 50 stores.
• Self-motivated and able to function well in a fast-paced environment.
