The Education and Culture Division’s dedicated marketing and communications team is responsible for the overall positioning of the Education & Culture Division, its attractions and programmes, including the Expo School Programme, within the domestic and international markets. This includes creating compelling stories and campaigns for a wide range of audiences across a breadth of platforms, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in message and identify opportunities for collaboration, and building relationships with local and international media.
A Senior Associate’s role is to ensure that the visitor experience at the Thematic Pavilions runs like clockwork.
This position will require the individual to be a skilled operational person, providing expert operational oversight regarding the customer experience within the Women Pavilion. To oversee Associates in the Women Pavilion, support and coordinate work schedules, assign deployment positions, supervise day to day operations and deliverables, and train subordinates on Site features and services.
With reporting to Operations Manager, this position will play a pivotal role in the delivery of the Visitor Services operations for Expo City.
