Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Parat Maker specializing in South Indian style food preparation. The candidate will be responsible for preparing soft chapathis, parathas, and related bread items while maintaining hygiene, quality, and consistency in food production.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare chapathis, parathas, and other Indian bread items as per company standards.
Make dough with proper consistency and maintain quality.
Operate chapat making equipment if required.
Ensure timely preparation during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Store raw materials properly and monitor stock usage.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain consistency in taste, size, and quality of products.
Support other kitchen activities when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience as Chapat Maker.
Experience in South Indian kitchen preferred.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk food production.
Knowledge of South Indian meals and tiffin items.
