Key Responsibilities :
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and managing documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support payroll processing and attendance tracking as required.
• Assist with HR initiatives, reports, and projects as needed.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS, SAP).
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Qatar.
