Experience and Qualifications:

The Plant Director is a crucial position overseeing the design, installation, and operation of the Performance Steel Plant.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.

• At least 10 years of experience in steel manufacturing, with a strong background in plant management.

• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.

• Leadership skills to manage a team and optimize plant operations.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance

Responsibilities:

The Plant Director will have the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of the plant.

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

• Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure safety compliance and environmental standards.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively.

• Lead and mentor plant personnel.
