Operation Executive

Job Description:

 To focus on improving existing operational processes by creating an 

intelligent operational plan and through eliminating process waste.

 To drive lean management practices across the operations, 

embedding them in ops culture.

 To achieve operational efficiencies through initiating, implementing & 

executing continuous improvement projects.

 Root cause analysis of problems along with generating solutions for 

avoiding future recurrence.

 To deploy quality management tools/techniques within logistics 

operations.

 To manage and assist Ops Ex associates with their assigned task.

 To effectively communicate with different operations departments for 

integration & visibility.

 Training and development of operations’ management and non management staff on best quality practices.

 Performance measurement and monitoring of operations KPIs.

 Performing Quality management and SOP compliance audits along 

with providing score visibility to top management.

 To reduce cost per order ratio of logistics.

 To improve customer experience from the logistics end. SOP 

documentation management – creating, maintaining and training of 

SOP/OPLs.

Requirement:

Education: Bachelors in Supply Chain Management, Industrial 

Engineering, Management Sciences

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: Karachi

Shift Time: (Monday to Friday) 09:00 to 06:00

Salary 80,000 – 90,000
