Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, is currently hiring for the position of Sr. Commercial Manager in Saudi Arabia. As a Sr. Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts
Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize project profitability
Manage contract negotiation and administration
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
Identify and mitigate project risks
Provide guidance and support to project teams in commercial matters
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Knowledge of international contracts
Ability to interact with senior representatives of the firm
Knowledge of financial analytics and profit and loss implications
Possesses excellent persuasion, negotiation, and judgement skills
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience in Change Management
Knowledge of financial analytics and profit and loss implications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related major from an accredited university
15+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Proven track record in managing project budgets and financial forecasts
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
