Responsibilities

Consolidation of performance data points from various systems and development of

cohesive performance reports

• Performing deep-dive analyses to understand root-causes (e.g., operational improvement vs

market impact) of under- or overperformance assets

• Conducting stress-testing to ensure there are solid grounds for benefit reporting
• Preparation of presentation materials on the program’s performance and points for

meetings with top leadership committees

• Regular interactions with broader corporate finance teams to comply with corporate

planning & reporting guidelines and/or to update on the latest developments.

• Coordination with team members within the department to collect performance data

points, understand the asset performance and develop asset program overviews.

• Regular interactions with assets to apply consistent transformation methodology and help

assets drive value realization (via calls, asset visits and/or thematic workshops)

• Coaching assets and team members within the department to ensure consistent application

of the transformation methodology

Requirements

• Experience with supporting Performance Management activities
• Understanding of O&G Downstream business and corporate finance processes in large O&G companies
• Experience with developing and/or assessing various business cases/financial models in O&G
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
