Head of Projects

Responsibilities:

• Must be extremely competent in responding to RFPs, leading the project management and creative team on a wide range of tenders for events across the Middle East.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of project management staff, ensuring that team members have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to support the professional growth and development of team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Finance and Budget Control – overseeing large scale budgets at pitch stage, into delivery through to final reconciliation, as well as having an oversight on all Project Managers budgets and reconciliations.
• Ensure seamless coordination and integration of various elements, including production, logistics, workforce planning and talent management, to deliver exceptional results.
