eMushrif Inc. is a Muscat-based IoT and Artificial Intelligence product provider, with a growing presence in the MENA region. We are looking for a talented candidate who can perform the following:
Policy Management
1. Prepares and maintains the People-Ops Policies and Procedures and ensures the compliance with it internally within the department and externally.
2. Serves as the main point of contact to the staff members and leads on Policy related enquiries or clarifications to ensure the enforcement of the policies at all times.
3. Reviews the People-Ops Policies annually, benchmarks the policies with the leading practices and proposes amendments, additions, or removal of policies and procedures.
4. Reviews the labor law consistently and introduces any amendments required to the policies based on the labor law amendments and any ministerial circulars.
Staff Records Management
1. Maintains the digital records of all staff members on the HRMS to ensure compliance with the Labor Law Requirements.
2. Follows-up with the staff members on the renewal of their official documents such as ID Cards, Passports, Work Permits and visas to ensure the compliance with the local authorities laws.
3. Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Public Relations Officer for obtaining new work permits, visas and Residency Cards for all non-local workforce in a timely manner to avoid any violations and/or fines.
4. Ensures all staff details and data such as (but not limited to) bank account details are correctly entered and up to date.
Payroll and People-Ops Services
1. Develops Monthly Payrolls of all staff members in the locations of eMushrif on the 20th of each month and submits them for People and Culture Lead Approval.
2. Applies all deductions allowances, and bonuses to the payroll and reviews the details of all employees pre-submission to People and Culture Lead Approval.
3. Coordinates with Finance and Accounts Team to ensure the timely transfer of staff members salaries.
4. Acts as the point of contact and execution in handling the People-Ops related requests, such as the Salary Continuity Certificate, Letter of Experience Certificate, Letter of Employment (Employment Confirmation) to ensure the delivery of the services in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
Onboarding of New Joiners
1. Develops a well structured onboarding program to properly and professionally onboard the newly joining staff members and ensures the completion of all onboarding checklists.
2. Introduces the onboarded new joiners to the Mission, Vision and Core Values of eMushrif.
3. Establishes an onboarding program that based on “Coach and Buddy” to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new joiners.
4.Follows-up on the preparation of all new joiner belongings such as Business Cards, PC, Screen, Mouse, etc..
5. Monitor and Analyze the Probation Period Results of each New Joining Staff Member and ensure taking timely manner actions.
Internship Management
1. Develops and maintains the Internship Policy within the Company to maintain a fresh talent pipeline within the company.
2. Coordinates with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract students, and/ or fresh graduates to eMushrif to ensure the maintenance of the talent pipeline.
3. Coordinates with the talent acquisition specialist to add the high performing talent to the eMushrif Talent Pools.
Grievance Management
1. Investigates any grievance requests within the company and understands the facts of each grievance case to implement fair and just actions.
2. Handles the grievances wisely and aims to resolve all grievances in a friendly manner without the need of further level of escalation.
3. Documents all grievances in staff records and maintains with final decisions for future references.
Policies and Procedures
1. Complies with Company Policies and Procedures at all times.
