3. Construct product-specific business models that optimize for positive gross profits and exponential growth.

4. Set data collection frameworks to ensure the reliability and the effectiveness of collected market and business intelligence.

5. Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.

Market Analysis

1. Synthesize market data and make recommendations based on findings

2. Research and analyze the running operational cost of company products

3. Follow and research the Company’s direct and indirect competitors and the industry to maintain a healthy understanding of the Company’s position in the market.

4. Set the parameters and identify the success criteria for market exploration related projects.

5. Construct product-specific business models that optimize for positive gross profits and exponential growth.

6. Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends

7. Set data collection frameworks to ensure the reliability and the effectiveness of collected market and business intelligence

Reports

1. Generate reports synthesizing findings from market research upon request to offer leadership with data-backed recommendations for steering the Company’s strategy.

2. Generate quarterly reports, synthesizing findings on competitors within the market and the Company’s position with said competitors, to offer leadership with a current understanding of the Company’s market position.
