Job Pupose:
Candidate is expected to:
1. Develop a mechanism to collect and analyze business and market intelligence to manage the customer journey through the different stages of the funnel.
2. Engage and collaborate with different departments within the organization in order to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and customer retention.
3. Report opportunities to enhance customer experience and customer retention through improved CX/UX to the customer experience and user experience teams.
4. Report on the business and market intelligence to the various functions within the organization.
5. Work closely with different departments within the organization to anticipate analytics needs and to quantify the impact of existing features, future product changes, and marketing campaigns.
6. Develop and execute A/B testing programs and experiments to understand the customer behavior.
