Responsible for proper upkeep / cleanliness of office.
Assists with photocopying and filing.
Check, maintain and replenish stationary stock.
Scrutinizes and dispatches all outgoing mail and sort-out incoming and distribute it to the concerned department..
Files all relevant documents systematically arranging in chronological order, that it can be identified easily when required by the manager or staff.
Other assignments as per department requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Two years working experience, preferably with an airline.
10 Years schooling or equivalent.
Fluency in spoken and written English. Neat Handwriting.
