✈️ About the Role

Emirates for Community Empowerment (ECE) is building a global content creation team to travel across the world — from Abu Dhabi to London, Munich, and New York — to produce powerful stories that reflect the UAE’s vision of empowerment, creativity, and community innovation.

We’re looking for two or more experienced bilingual creators (Arabic & English) who can blend creativity with technology, transforming real-life experiences into high-impact digital stories using AI-powered tools.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for global campaigns and projects.
• Produce, film, edit, and publish videos, reels, and visual stories for all major platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Translate Arabic-English content seamlessly to reach global audiences.
• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Synthesia, etc.) for content production.
• Manage ECE’s online presence and brand storytelling across platforms.
• Travel internationally to document community initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with a small, agile, creative team under the ECE global mission.

🧠 Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong storytelling, editing, and creative direction skills.
• Experience with AI tools and design/video software (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
• Must be fully available for international travel for the next 3 years.
• Holds or can easily obtain US and Schengen visas.
• Passion for social innovation, media, and global community impact.
