We are looking for an Asian Accountant – (Women)Can join immediately.

Job Description:

• Must have experience with Quickbooks software.
• Managing Accountants team.
• Processing and preparing Daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements & MIS reports.
• VAT report and filing.
• Inventory Management.
• Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
• Preparation of quarterly forecast.
• Liaising with external auditors for timely audit completion.
• Verifying & approving all accounting entries posted by the team in accounting software relating to revenues, expenses, JV’s, etc.
• Processing payroll payments for employees.
• Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
• Establish accurate forecasts regarding expenses and revenues and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Managing cash flows.
• Besides daily, attending weekly management meetings to discuss business plans and the previous week’s progress/business performance.
• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile department’s annual operating budget, analyze variances and monthly report on financial performance to the management
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, and the company’s actual performance compared to the budget.
• Perform routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by Management.
• Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information.
