Element has an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Finance career within a Global TIC business. In this role you will be responsible for Credit Control Management within Saudi , while reporting to the Finance Manager of KSA.
This role will be based in Dammam , Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities:
Credit control of designated ledger of customers in line with Element collections policy , managing invoices , account statements and relevant customer disputes
Conduct weekly conference calls with the business to highlight late paying accounts with defined actions and timelines agreed to resolve disputes and contact customers for payment of overdue invoices , remittance advices etc
Matching unallocated cash and manage stop and off stop management on designated ledger of Customer accounts while supporting the Team and the Credit Control Manager
Support continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance
Skills / Qualifications:
Finance or accounting qualification along with relevant credit control/collections experience
Should be effective at teamwork and communication
Should be a self-starter; can work independently, proactively and on own initiative while being able to prioritise and multitask as required
This is a Saudi national poistion
Should have a driving license for the region and willing to use own car for company purposes
