The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), a knack for understanding customer needs, and the ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a strategic mindset, a focus on achieving measurable results, and a commitment to building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships, with a particular emphasis on promoting the Lexus brand’s values and luxury offerings.
• Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a robust and well-maintained pipeline of high-quality prospects.
• Deliver tailored customer service solutions at the sales counter and during on-site client visits, prioritizing each customer’s unique needs.
• Facilitate seamless test drive experiences, addressing customer inquiries with timely and accurate follow-ups.
• Continuously analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance service delivery, aligning with Lexus’ commitment to excellence and luxury standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven success as a Sales Executive, particularly with renowned premium or luxury automotive brands, showcasing expertise in delivering high-value customer experiences.
• Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and interpersonal skills.
