· Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s objectives and ensure financial stability
· Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leaders on all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
· Oversee the financial operations of multiple business units, including financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis
· Analyze financial data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address issues
· Provide regular reports to senior leaders on financial-related matters, including financial performance, cash flow, and financial risk
· Masters/Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
· At least 10 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
· Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must have industry experience (courier delivery/shipping/logistics)
