E-VOLVE FITNESS Hiring for Personal trainer Job at Manama Full Time

A high-end gym is looking for female and male personal trainers to join their team. Our service expectations are of the highest level.

This role is customer-facing and it is essential for all staff to meet these expectations at all times. The trainer is responsible for instructing clients in a safe, effective, and fun environment, as well as enhancing the quality and growth of the programs while retaining business of participants. They will assist other team member who requires assistance. There will be a receptionist available, however the trainer must be able to manage general administrative duties.

Essential Skills

Personal Training diploma/ Sport Science Certificate, Diploma or Degree.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Demonstrable understanding of all current gym procedures and services

Sales

English, Arabic is advantageous

Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.

Good report writing and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

Interested in gaining further qualifications in injury rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, or Group Exercise is preferred but not essential.

Aptitude for learning and ability to incorporate new skills to broaden current skillset.

High level of interpersonal skills.

An innovative, creative and imaginative approach to problem-solving.

Adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.

Security Responsibilities

Compliance with security policies and other company-related policies & procedures are an integral part of employment.

Ensuring data protection is maintained and information is made available on a need-to-know basis.

Active involvement in the prevention of unauthorized access and damage to information.

Report security weaknesses and incidents to the Management Team in a timely manner.

Attractive commission structure and benefits

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: BD500.000 – BD750.000 per month

• Manama: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
