dubizzle Hiring for Inventory Controller at Dubai Full Time

We are looking to hire an Inventory Controller for our dubizzle Cars team, who will take care of logistics and storage for all the cars that are stored in the warehouse and ensure that all our cars are stored properly and secured.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure Physical Stock Count and Reconciliation is done accurately on a daily basis
• Audit Keys against existing Inventory Count regularly
• Monitor check-in and check-out of vehicles and update the Physical Stock Report accordingly
• Monitor and assign recovery pick-up and delivery for purchased and auction vehicles according to email request
• Ensure vehicle movement is tracked and location is updated immediately
• Ensure vehicle location on CRM matches the actual Physical Stock Location
• Compile and summarize monthly invoices for recovery and polishing for reporting
• Handle stationery, key tags, plate frame ordering through partner vendors
• Ensure all vehicles have QR codes on
• Ensure cars are polished on time and queued for spin immediately
• Monitor yard cleaning cycle and track progress on bi-weekly basis

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in the same field
• Proficient with computers and other standard office technology
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• Reliable and trustworthy
