As a Sales Promoter and Customer Service representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our car offerings, engaging potential buyers, and providing outstanding customer service. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and customer-centric approach will contribute to our business growth and enhance our reputation as a trusted provider of pre-owned vehicles and the respective services.

• Sales Promotion:
• Actively engage with walk-in customers and potential buyers to showcase our range of used cars and corresponding services.
• Lead Generation for different types of services offered by dubizzle cars.
• Present a compelling sales pitch and address customer inquiries effectively to drive interest and potential purchases.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly, establish rapport, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in identifying their specific requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and exceptional service.
• Product Knowledge:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the services offered, along with the fine details of the requirements, eligibility etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and organised customer records, sales documentation, and EOD reports
• Interact and collaborate with the respective teams to get the service completed end to end for the customer.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, additional education in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven work experience of handling customer queries and upselling existing services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proven ability to deliver persuasive sales pitch and handle customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic , knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong team player who has worked cross-function before to coordinate and get the work done.
• High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly.
• Highly presentable individual with a professional attitude
