We are a leading international Real Estate Company with our Had-office in Hamburg Germany and looking for Experienced Marketing and Social-Media Expert for our Dubai office to Hire.

• Create and maintain brand promotions, company information, and marketing campaigns for the company across several social media networks.
• Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.
• Provides short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
• The Expert must have the Experience in Google & Social Ads Ad management experience in Real Estate industry.
• Able to calculate average cost per lead
• Provides marketing information by answering questions and requests.
• Experience of different social media channel using paid advertising, paid services and paid marketing.
• Create and manage influencer outreach program by identifying relevant sites and handles and engage in social conversation.
• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• The Expert has to Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Collaborate with the Internal Communications team on branding events.
• Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand
• Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Develop social media copy for both editorial and marketing efforts.
• Understand Dubai Real Estate developers and their projects and experience of generating leads for OFF-Plan Properties in Dubai Real Estate Market
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
• Have understanding of Dubai Real Estate developers and their projects and experience of generating leads for OFF-Plan Properties in Dubai Real Estate Market
• Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
