Accountabilities – Responsible for the delivery of individual and team targets for acquisition targets in consumer segment. – Responsible for preparing route plan for team members and ensuring team’s compliance to the plan. – Increasing revenue by up-selling additional bundle & plans. – Ensuring Stock Availability – Closing deals and maintaining dealer relationships – Promoting new products and services through dealers’ outlets – Achieving sales targets that meet or exceed expectations. – Coordination with other departments as necessary to facilitate dealer satisfaction. – Keeping the sales force engaged and motivated to get the best results. – Expanding the reach – Ensuring Compliance – RRMC & TDRA Qualifications – Pre-University (+2) or above Experience – Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar field Skills – Excellent selling/cross-selling/up-selling skills – Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities – High standard of Telecommunication Products & Service knowledge – Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
