1. Interact with customers through telephone to provide information about services or products, cancel accounts, renew accounts, open new accounts, enter or take orders, or obtain complaint details
2. Record details and raise tickets of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and take action in accordance to it
3. Ensure that the required changes are made to resolve the queries of the customers
4. Refer unresolved and pending customer grievances to the concerned parties for further investigation and resolutions
5.Contact clients to notify regarding investigation results, respond to inquiries or any adjustments in the services
6. Following up with operations to resolve any sort of issues where the customer is affected
7. Handling comments and communication on Live chat
