As an HR Specialist at DPL, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for executing and supporting our HR strategy and execution of goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities
Data Management
Maintain digital and physical records of current and ex-employees
Maintain and track all HR databases
Keep track of employee leaves and attendance
Prepare documentation for new employees and ensure timely follow-ups of their probations
Assist and support in establishing data analytics for HR
Event Management and Support
Plan and administer all HR’s operational activities
Support culture team in planning and execution of company events
Annual Reviews Execution and Support
Assist and support in execution of annual reviews
Prepare all review forms and keep track of them
Support the HR lead in review meetings and announcements
Employee Relations
Actively connect and build relation with employees
Identifying employee concerns and present them to concerned people
Support HR Communications
Prepare departmental presentations and reports for internal and external communication
Support and execute HR surveys
Effective communication of organization’s vision, mission, values, objectives and benefits
Payroll Execution
Assist and support in execution of monthly payroll
Continuous Coordination with finance department for employee claims and payments
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR in an IT company
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field
Exceptional emotional intelligence skills to connect with and understand the needs and aspirations of employees.
A positive and energetic mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees
Excellent organizational skills to manage and support HR goals, challenges, and initiatives
