DP World Hiring for OFFICER – LEGAL Job at Jeddah Full Time

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing draft Laws, resolutions, agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights.
• Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics
• Preparing researches for the corporation by identifying and compiling facts and information
• Representing Legal Department in Courts and any other official Government Department
• Responding to any Legal inquiry from outside the corporation
• Visiting Courts and following up corporations’ cases with Courts and any other official Government Department.
• Registration of trademarks related to the corporation with the ministry of economy and commerce
• Investigation on cases referred by the CEO, HR & other managers
• Develop and review policies and procedures

Job requirements:

• Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in law
• Experience : 3 to 5 relevant experience, practical experience in established court is an added advantage.

• Competencies and skills :
• Ability to cooperate with Government officials in connection with the legal issues
• Excellent English and Arabic Language
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Analytical skills, investigation and fact-finding abilities
• Ability to work in a challenging environment
