DowMartin Ltd Hiring for Production Manager at Capital Governorate, Bahrain Full Time

We are looking for a Production Manager for one of our Oilfield API Machine shop clients in Bahrain. Responsible for planning and organizing production schedules, assessing project and resource requirements, and supporting estimations, budgets, and timelines with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all tasks. Ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

1. Develop, organize, and execute production schedules on the shop floor, implementing control measures to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of production demands.

2. Ensure the reliability and efficiency of all manufacturing processes as per API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT and 7-1 standards.

3. Conduct monthly reviews of machine capacity and output.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in oilfield engineering with at least 5 years leading the workshop-related activities in an API-approved workshop.
• Comprehensive understanding of API standards and their implementation in manufacturing as per API 6A, 16A, 16C, 5CT and 7-1.
• Extensive knowledge of best practices and procedures in the oilfield industry.
• Proficient in Machining, Fabrication Welding, and Mechanical work within an oilfield environment.
• Solid knowledge of profit and loss (P&L), cost control, planning, quality assurance, and oilfield equipment manufacturing operations.
