B. Experience
Required (Years/ Job Level/ Industry):
Must have minimum of 15 to 20 years of solid work experience in QA/QC related work/ Management Level / Oil & Gas Industry.
C. Preferred (Years/ Job Level/ Industry):
Excellent understanding of system, processes & ISO standards, Lead Auditor Certificate internationally recognized with strong Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience with company setting in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning), Sales – Oil & Gas, Shutdown and Manpower Supply.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Supervision and Control of all QAQC Administration activities
Implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, Work Procedures and Method Statements.
Leading team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
Submission and approval of samples as per the PTS (Project Technical Specification) and discussions with architects and designers.
Attend weekly meetings with the clients.
Monitor daily incoming material inspections, installation inspections, offsite factory visits in India and abroad of ongoing material production.
Prepare monthly QA/QC report for client
Issuing, verifying and closing of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
Prepare O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals getting warranty material certificates from vendors, snagging and de snagging work and work handing over to client.
Prepare project close out documents to client.
Ensure proper care of all equipment and furniture entrusted for his use and use of employees reporting to him, such as computer, calculators and general office equipment.
Coordinate and liaise with departments regarding information required for reports, weekly or monthly.
Maintain close relations with client companies so as to ensure smooth business relationship.
Must possess ability to deal effectively with all levels of management within the Company and to accomplish objectives through personal relationships in areas where little formal authority exists.
Ensure that confidential records and other confidential information is properly safeguarded and is not removed from the office.
Do not disclose any financial information or any other information of the Company to a competitor.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director or Operations Manager from time to time.
Quality Assurance / Control Management Cost
Monitor and control the costs of the QAQC Section that may impact company’s financial stability.
Forecast and program the long-term and short-term budget of QAQC requirements.
Staffing
Manage QAQC staffing effectively to ensure continuity of its department’s business.
Capable to interview and select the right expertise for QAQC Team.
Ensure the availability of all resources required to perform assigned tasks and activities.
Supervise subordinate staff, assign work activities, monitor performance and review results.
Identify QAQC training and career development and recommend training courses and follow-up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves and absenteeism.
Management Team
Manage priorities brought forward by the General Manager.
Attend Ad Hoc QAQC Management meeting required by the QHSE Manager or General Manager.
Attend weekly Management meeting presided by the QHSE Manager or General Manager.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of departmental systems, policies, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practices’ in order to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective business systems and processes are in place and provide critical input to support the development of Quality Assurance and Control systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet business requirements.
Ensure team members comply with all Quality Assurance and Control systems policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Quality, Health, Security, Safety and Environment
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and relevant quality, health, safety, security and environmental procedures and controls across the Quality Assurance and Control systems to guarantee employee safety and delivery of high quality products/services.
