Project Manager – Healthcare Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, while considering the unique requirements of healthcare projects.
-Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure effective project execution and communication
-Ensure projects adhere to healthcare industry regulations and standards, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and other relevant compliance requirements.
-Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or obstacles.
- Requirements
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management within the healthcare industry, including successful project completion.
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices.
