What you need to deliver

• Smooth running of office on day to day basis.
• Managing, supervising and monitoring the work of administration/support staff; provide feedback to lower staff on their performance against expectations; guide, coach and counsel them for performance maximization.
• Attend customers’ queries and complaints and take prompt action to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Keep management informed by generating and analyzing reports, summarizing information and resolving queries.
• Organizing meeting and managing database.

Education

• At least bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or international University.
