Digital Mall Jobs وظائف المول الرقمي is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first line of defense for our customers, you will provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, and ensure everyone has a smooth and positive experience using our online marketplace and ecommerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, with strong understanding of computers, software, and troubleshooting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as active listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per annum, all necessary hardware and software, sponsorship for expat VISA, relocation cost from origin country to Oman covered, work-life balance, and a fun and fair work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online marketplace and ecommerce platform
• Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose technical problems efficiently, and deliver clear and concise solutions
• Document customer interactions and resolutions to ensure consistent and high-quality support
• Stay up-to-date on our platform’s features and functionalities to provide accurate and relevant information
• Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service
• Strong understanding of computers, software, and troubleshooting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in using computers and comfortable navigating various software applications
• Fluent in English and Arabic
