Digital Mall Jobs وظائف المول الرقمي is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first line of defense for our customers, you will provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot technical issues, answer questions, and ensure everyone has a smooth and positive experience using our online marketplace and ecommerce platform.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service, with strong understanding of computers, software, and troubleshooting principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as active listening skills and a genuine desire to help customers.
