Responsibilities and main objectives

General Bookkeeping:

• He.she receives and checks accounting information from operational sites;
• He/She prepares Sales invoices for all operational projects;
• He/she records and classifies accounting documents in accordance with accounting principles (IFRS);
• He/She prepares the monthly reconciliations (bank, petty cash, payroll, tax, assets….)
• He/she establishes the Intercompanies rebill;
• He/She prepares analytical follow-up and follows margin;
• He/She performs balance sheet reviews, prepares audit files and liaises with auditors;

Analytical Bookkeeping:

• Monthly review and analysis of revenue and costs allocated to each project;
• He/She gives explanations on main variances.

Education and professional experience

• Master degree in Accounting
• 5 years in Accounting firm or International Company
• Stong knowledge in general accounting
• High level of Excel is required
• Fluent in English
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: QAR6,000.00 per month
