-Assess the patient’s nutritional needs, develop and implement nutrition programs, evaluate and report the results.
-Prepare therapeutic diet menus for patients having diabetic, cardiac, or other conditions.
-Supervise preparation of diets in diet kitchen
-Prepare food, supply, and equipment orders for therapeutic diet preparation.
-Perform nutrition screenings of the patients.
-Offer advice on diet-related concerns
– BSc degree in Dietetics and Nutrition or equivalent from a recognized university- Must have at least 2 years’ recent experience proven as a nutritionist.- Must have a medical license as a Dietitian from her home country.- Experience in food production and nutrition centers is a plus (Organization).- should be Creative and having critical thinking &good understanding of research methods and data analysis.- should be Self-motivated and has the ability to work independently.- should Have strong problem solving and decision-making skills, must be sympathetic, caring and flexible.- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-should be flexible in timing and ability to work in shifts (morning shifts and evening shifts until 8 pm)
