YOUR TASKS
- Provide great service to over the counter customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Maintain effective relationship with customers while demonstrating outstanding customer service to enhance customer experience.
- Contact existing and new customers to pursue sales leads.
- Conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
- Ensure service point is organized and maintained as per 5S methodology.
- Ensure service point’s maintenance and housekeeping is up to DHL standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- Typically requires a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with at least 1-2 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong interpersonal, business development and selling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and targets in a challenging environment.
- Able to work under pressure.
