Then come to our “Insanely Customer Centric” Team and become a Certified International Specialist Job Overview To maintain and repair all facility, material handling system including the Auto sort system, X-ray machines, CCTV/Access control, Fire detection, Air- conditioning system, Weighing scales and other material handling equipment and all facility’s to ensure their serviceability and operational smoothness on a 24/7. Main Responsibilities To keep and maintain Vanderlande Auto Sorting system, keeping the equipment fully maintained and available to the Hub operations staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To monitor the proper working condition of the Hub support systems, in particular the working condition of the Closed circuit TV system/Access control, X-ray machines, the Air- conditioning system, Manual transport vehicle, Fire detection system, Lifts, Door shutters and Weighing Scales. To maintain all facility’s regularly and schedule preventative maintenance accordingly with the minimum disruption to the operations. To conduct daily inspections and checks of all equipment’s and repair as necessary. To prepare, report and log all actions taken on a day to day activities. Ensure all facility and equipment’s in good working condition and to attend all callouts as needed. Ensure that DHL’s service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times. To conduct daily inspections and checks of all DHL GSE and repair as necessary. To prepare, report and log all actions taken on a day to day activities. Record Maintenance, Technical Records on GAMMS (Global Asset Maintenance Management System) and all service details required. Receive calls and check work order requests on e-mails and coordinate and distribute work orders as requested by Supervisor/ Manager. Assist with the creation of scheduling of PPMs across all sites. Assist Supervisor/Manager for all assigned administrative functions. Education & Experience Qualifications 5 year hands on experience as a service engineer to any kind of facilities and equipment’s maintenance. Ability to produce and understand mechanical/electrical engineering drawings and Maintenance Instructions. Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with conveyor equipment. Ability to adjust/repair/replace mechanical components of a conveyor such as a motor or gearbox, belt tracking, belt tensioning, etc.. Ability to repair, troubleshoot and maintain X-ray machines. Ability to replace electrical and computer components and restart computer system. Awareness of Health and Safety practices and requirements. Passion to provide excellent Customer Service. Excellent communication skills, spoken, written. Strong problem solving capability. Holder of valid driving license.
