DHL Global Forwarding Oman has an opening for a Billing Executive where you will administer Billing processes and activities such as the generation of invoices to achieve accuracy and timely delivery of billing information to customers in line with internal and external policies and standards, regulations and compliance requirements. In this Billing Executive position

• You will administer Billing processes and activities to achieve accurate and timely delivery of billing information to customers.
• You will provide timely billing and maintain customer accounts through effective usage of billing tools and systems.
• You will address queries linked to bill discrepancies such as incorrect rates, charges, etc.
• You will perform a variety of administrative tasks relating to Billing such as invoicing and coordinating with collector.
• You will identify and highlight recurring issues for making service improvements.
• You will issue and verify invoices as per negotiated terms and current legislation.
• You will generate invoices based on purchase orders considering applicable discounts.
• You will conduct verification of invoices vs. shipping documents.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience/qualification.
• 2 years’ experiences or less
