Troubleshoot of basic to intermediate Application Support.
Perform root causes analysis of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the 2nd level support.
Provide On-call technical support to application end users upon needs and requirements.
Participate in the testing applications performance, analyze changes before deploying on production.
Provide continuous improvement and minimize problems and complaints.
Provide a sufficient level of technical analysis.
Receive and log all complaints from application end users.
Maintain, manage, and update technical system documentation, processes & procedures and recommend improvements.
Develop/configure, test, debug, deploy and implement applications, systems and their components (forms, reports, alerts, personalization and administration, etc.).
Write programming scripts, units & procedures.
Identify, recommend and implement applications enhancements required.
Participate in maintaining, controlling and optimizing applications, ensure system availability and maximum running time for end users.
Perform applications upgrades, monitor the performance, reliability & functionality of upgraded business applications.
