DGL Hiring for Transportation Coordinator at أبو ظبي Full Time

Job Profile:

· Coordinating with in-house drivers, third party transporters, clients, suppliers, vessel agents, customs and port authorities.

· To coordinate and arrange the transportation for time critical shipments.

· Communicating with client and responding to their queries.

· Updating shipments status to client on regular basis.

· Maintaining up-to-date reports and time sheets as required.

· Updating company ERP software with relevant shipment details on regular basis.

· Invoice generation.

Requirements :-

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in UAE logistics industry.

· Fluency in Hindi and English.

· Excellent communication skill.

· Ability to maintain good relationship with clients.

· A team player with high level of dedication.

· Valid UAE light vehicle driving license will be an added advantage.

Qualification: – Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
