Works as part of an architectural design team, performing and completing work on defined segments of a project under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Architect or nominated supervisor while coordinating junior staff members.

Duties and Responsibilities
All duties and responsibilities of Intern.
Mentor and provide support to junior staff members.
Develop an understanding of the design philosophy of projects and effectively conveying this to assigned team members as appropriate.
Adopt creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develop appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions.
Conduct pro-active coordination with internal design disciplines to achieve a high quality, consistent set of presentation or design documents.

Evidence of good design understanding.
Effective communication.
Evidence of general understanding of space planning and functional adjacencies.
Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of a design intent.

Flexibility of attitude towards company objectives.
Ability to use AutoCAD and REVIT, word processing and presentation programs.
Ability and will to update knowledge.
Ability and will to mentor and provide support to junior staff members.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Knowledge of other languages is an added value.
Qualifications required
Completion of five or six-year architectural degree program.
Arch or B.Sc in Architecture.
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
