This critical position involves managing and controlling subcontracting activities across the Business Unit and project levels, emphasizing policies, procedures and proper documentation through standard formats.
Qualification & Experience:
BSc Engineering with MBA preferred.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and oversee the Company’s Subcontracting Process as defined in SOPs, Method Statements, Formats, and JDs.
Recommend changes and additions to DIMS documents for best practices.
Ensure all subcontract/services expenses are within budget and monitor overall project subcontract status.
Analyze overrun cases and advise on precautionary measures.
Explore potential subcontracting resources for all Business Units.
Pre-qualify subcontractors and collect performance feedback for registration renewal.
Implement systems (SAP/SMART) to streamline subcontracting processes.
Ensure critical subcontracting activity reporting and problem-solving for various projects.
Maintain organization’s market reputation through efficient subcontractor management.
