We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination. Strong communication skills in English and a solid understanding of HR processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified talent on time.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in daily HR operations, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Support employer branding initiatives and career events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR specialization preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must be currently based in Muscat, Oman.
