Job Location: Qatar
Key Accountabilities:
• Process, submits and follow up all the company official relations/ transactions with the government sectors.
• Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e., trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, traffic department, municipality, customs clearance etc.)
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments
• Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation to organize all Employee official paperwork
• To liaise with authorities to ensure Company compliance to local laws and regulations.
• To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.
• To keep updated on labor related changes in relation to visa processing.
• Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations
Requirements
• Advanced knowledge of Qatar Authorities’ laws and procedures related to Immigration, Labor, Customs, Municipality/Trading affairs
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience as a PRO/HR in Qatar is required
• Arabic national with fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and can work under pressure
• Excellent Public Relations and Communication Skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Valid Qatari Driving License is a must
• Can transfer the sponsorship to our company
