We are currently hiring an Admin Assistant Cum Customer Service to join our team. You must have an experience of carrying out administrative tasks, taking calls and have basic IT skills. Accounts experience of receivable and payable will also be required. Responsibilities: – Handle calls, email, and other administrative tasks. – Must be able to prepare quotations. – Must be proactive in updating client thru WhatsApp, Email and Phone call. – Updating account receivables and payables. Ability to work with minimum supervision. – Must have a good command in MS Office. – Good communication skills: English – Should be able to multi-task and handle pressure. – Should be able to join our team immediately. Experience required: 3-5 yrs. Admin Assistant and Customer Service (Preferred) This is for full-time permanent role. Candidates with experience in Customer service and Admin assistant is highly preferrable.
