Manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand: stock analysis, ordering, follow-up on orders, product launches, pricing, and discount level by brand.
Monitor Net Sales and GM% and develop actions to overachieve Budget targets
Perform market visits to ensure the right product mix is in place with no overstock nor out of stocks and checks if the proper concept, visibility and VM of the brands are well implemented
Communicate with suppliers to ensure good relationship, understanding of suppliers strategy and sharing local market specificities and trends
CRM: develop customers cards, CRM plan and activities to increase customers’ loyalty
