Creative Concepts Hiring for Warehouse In-charge Job at Dubai Full Time

Warehouse In-charge Duties and Responsibilities would include:

• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Register all incoming and outgoing shipments/products in company inventory systems.
• Process and dispatch orders to our own retail shops and to other customers
• Perform other stock-related duties, including fixation of labels and barcodes.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control software system.
• Maintaining count of all warehouse inventories and reporting discrepancies to accounting department.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management systems software is mandatory
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Proper bookkeeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to safely use an electrical stacker to handle pallets
• Flexible and multitasker

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / SSLC
• 5+ years of UAE experience in storekeeping, inventory control and recordkeeping
• Previous work experience in business involving warehousing with Interior Fit-Out is an added advantage.
• UAE driving license preferred
