As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work to support the sales process by identifying customer technical and business requirements, designing and documenting recommended value-focused solutions. In this role, you will: Assist in pre-sales activities including, but not limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), building BoQs, contributing to security design, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and trainingProvide technical pre-sales support to various entities to promote and sell products.Give technical support to customersBe the main technical sales support contact for customers/partnersDevelop new and existing accountsRespond to RFIs and RFPsRun presentations, training updates, workshops and seminarsStudy and Market research on current trends to meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth.Take all training and pass all certifications required for the assigned product.Work closely with assigned Product Manager to help in the submission of reports required.Present assigned product technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time. The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in a pre-sales Security Engineer roleStrong presentation and networking skills.Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesPositive, service-oriented personalityCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. You can work remotely but have to be available in Bahrain for some travel to client sites and team meetings.
