A leading contracting organization is looking for a – Project Lead/ Mechanical Engineer. Should possess a CRPEP (Grade B /C) certification and experience in Plumbing and HVAC projects. Currently residing in Bahrain. Keep the subject line- Project Lead/ Mechanical Engineer Responsible for managing team and overseeing the overall project development processes, analysing blueprints and specifications, and designing system models according to clients’ requirements and budget limitations. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and committed to providing high quality service to every project. 2. Highly skilled and knowledgeable Mechanical Engineer with strong records in HVAC projects. 3. Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions. 4. Provide analytical support to Manager in executing assigned projects. 5. Assess potential issues and technical challenges and accordingly develop resolutions. 6. Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities. 7. Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed. 8. Work with Manager in change order management, project tracking and document control activities. 9. Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations. 10. Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks. 11. Develop project reports for management and clients. 12. Analyze and resolve project issues in a timely and accurate manner. 13. Coordinate with management in developing project scope, plan, deliverable, budget and milestones. 14. Coordination with Consultant, Client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors. 15. Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machinery as per project requirement. 16. Strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & n budget cost. 17. Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards. 18. Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the Project Manager. 19. Keeping track of as built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management. Candidate Prerequisite Skills 1. Experience of 3 to 5 years in Contracting Company 3. Excellent relationship management skills with an eye for detail & analytical mindset 4. Self-motivated & goal oriented team leader; with outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical & presentation skills 5. Energetic team player with strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills 6. Effectively and efficiently managed multiple tasks independently and in a team environment 8. Computer Skills: MS Office, Power Point, AutoCAD, etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: BD500.000 – BD750.000 per month COVID-19 considerations:
