A leading Facility Management company in Oman is looking for an Operations Manager to lead several Oil and Gas contracts. The post holder will lead in the delivery of high performance in-house facilities hard and soft services’ contracts, and includes line management responsibility. Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential, along with an ability to understand complex relationships and deal effectively and tactfully with sensitive issues. The post holder will be good team player, well organized and able to manage a wide and varied workload effectively.

Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a companyAdvanced education/certifications/trainings Lengthy experience in managing complex FM contracts in the oil and gas sector. Advanced communication, negotiations and IT skills Ability to lead and develop a large workforce deployed in several locations spread across the country.Proficient in financial statements analysis with a proven record of optimizing operating costs and driving revenues.
