Proven experience as a Marketing & Communications Manager in a 5-star hotel within the UAE
Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing strategies
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse platforms and audiences
Existing network of media, PR, and influencer contacts across the UAE to support brand visibility and outreach
Proficient in marketing tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
Creative thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a dynamic environment
Deep understanding of brand positioning and guest engagement, especially within Dubai’s hospitality scene
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with departments such as Sales, F&B, and Revenue
Tagalog speaker preferred, to support team collaboration and diverse guest communication
