About the Role:
HR Center Of Excellence, Develop and implement appropriate Rewards, OD and Performance management, Talent Management, and L&D . To build an effective HR center of excellence practices.
Requirements.
Implement Incentive plans.
• Calculate, Prepare, and seek approval for Incentive payments.
• Assist in the management of the Annual Salary Review & Performance Bonus
• Extract data from the benchmarking report.
• Compliance Framework monitoring and coordination
• Assist in the management of Benefits
• Reviews and analyses the long and short-term strategic goals of the Emkan so as to assess and identify key changes and focus
• Identifies key requirements for the realization of the strategy in terms of structure and people, while proceeding to perform a gap analysis of the existing organizational structure, to identify areas for improvement
• Monitors the efficiency of the organizational structure, develop recommendations for improvement and provide advice and support for the effective change in the structure
• Assesses the content of the job descriptions according to business needs and organization structure, identifies changes and proceeds to job analysis and update of job descriptions
• Identifies critical and leadership roles that require succession planning for Talent Management to implement the needed succession planning programs
• Deploy performance management process. This consists of facilitating performance reviews, thus managing the performance appraisal process along with the probationary performance appraisal at all levels.
• Assist in enhancing and managing the existing performance management processes.
• Assist in enabling the identification and development of top performers as well as low performers to take the appropriate actions.
• Implement the development strategy, which involves identifying high-potential individuals and putting together a development framework for grooming the identified individuals and addressing performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• developing required reports and training materials pertaining to performance at different levels.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed
Qualifications.
•At least 4-8 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
Fluent in English language.
Excellent skills in presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, Oracle, and SAP.
